About Us
Gérard Stokkink founded the Dutch Expertise Center for Body Language (ELN) in 2016.
After completing his studies in France, Gérard graduated in Paris (2005) and specialized in intercultural differences. In 2011 Gérard introduced body language as a minor at the HvA-University of Amsterdam.
In 2018 he was chairman of the 2nd International Conference on Body Language in Amsterdam.
ELN offers a summary and full training program for professionals in the field.
The Dutch Expertise Center was founded in 2016 after commotion about the nature of the study of synergology in the U.S.and Canada.
Specialized in forensic research of body language in the judiciary, Gérard is known for his lectures to legal authorities, police units, lawyers, universities, negotiators and teachers, security experts and people working in the field of communication, training and coaching.

The accreditation by professional organizations confirms ELN working method, education and teaching materials.
ELN is the only organization in Holland recognized by the Swiss Association of Specialists in Non-Verbal Communication. The international quality register for specialists guarantees the accreditation and further training of specialists in the Netherlands.
